StradBio is developing next-generation ADCs and immunotherapies for cancer and inflammatory diseases. Our lead asset, SB-230, is an anti-CD30 ADC with a novel payload and encouraging clinical activity in a Phase 1 study. The pipeline also includes SB-225, an affinity-modified anti-CD25 ADC being developed for hematological malignancies, and solid tumors. Beyond these programs, StradBio is finalizing preclinical testing of Daiad-2/15, a PD-1 and LAG-3 -dual-targeted, highly potent IL-2/IL-15 mimetic, designed to specifically activate exhausted T cells using a novel ‘AND’ logic gate. The Daiad platform can also be applied to programs for autoimmune and metabolic diseases. StradBio completed a Series A financing in October 2026 and is led by CEO Jonathan Drachman, former Chief Medical Officer of Seagen and former CEO of Neoleukin Therapeutics.
